Vacation Rental Description

Located on a quiet, level street this cozy, warmly furnished house 
sleeps 8-11 and is 2252 sq ft. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a 
rec room and living room. It has an attached 3 car garage with 
additional driveway parking. The house is very clean and well 
maintained.

The main level consists of a living room with adjoining fully 
equipped kitchen and dining room. The living room has a TV with a 
DVD/VCR combo. Listen to music on the stereo with CD changer. 

Downstairs is a large rec room with a queen futon. Also downstairs 
is a bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath.  In the rec room there 
is a TV with cable and VCR.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms.  One bedroom has 1 twin and a bunk 
bed.  The second has 2 twin beds.   The master suite has a cal king. 
There is also a laundry area with washer and dryer, and a full 
bath.

Access to nearby recreation centers with heated pools and spas. 5 min

Linens and towels are included.

The house is located close to the Tahoe Donner entry making it short 
drive to downtown Truckee and skiing.

Access to Tahoe Donner recreation areas for $7/day. 

Tahoe Donner Association is located in the town of Truckee, CA.  The 
Association manages two recreation centers offering many amenities 
exclusive to residents and renters.

Tahoe Donner winter amenities include its own ski and snow play 
area, cross-country skiing, 3 heated pools, several spas, sauna, 
steam room, and complete gym.  The recreation centers are located 
within a 5 minute drive, or just walk on the trail behind the 
house.  Access fee is $7/day.

In the summer enjoy Tahoe Donner's golf course, driving range, 
equestrian center, tennis courts, and hiking trails. A trail head is 
just a few doors down from the house. At nearby Donner Lake there is 
a boat launch, beach and concession area for your use.

Activities and Attractions

There is so much to do in the Truckee Tahoe Donner area year round.  
Any season offers the best of the great outdoors.

For winter play the house is within minutes of some of the best ski 
and snowboard areas - Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, and 
Northstar. Royal Gorge, famous for cross-country skiing, is also a 
short drive away. For non-skiers Tahoe Donner has a snow 
play area offering tubing and sledding.

Downtown Truckee is a cute little town full of restuarants and 
shops.  Reno is just 45 minutes away with an international airport 
and famous casinos.  Beautiful Lake Tahoe is a 30 minute drive.

In the summer enjoy river-rafting, the several nearby golf courses, 
hiking, boating, swimming, or tennis. Or just relax and watch the 
birds on the back deck.

Summer Rates:
$275 per night  (10% lodging tax included)

Winter Rate:
$350 per night   (10% lodging tax included)

Holiday Rates:
$425 per night   (10% lodging tax included)


Housecleaning 
$135 Cleaning fee 

Linens and towels are supplied.

No pets or smokers, no exceptions.  Sorry, no ski leases.

Security Deposit of $400 required to hold reservation.
