Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous, newly decorated, (Pottery Barn style) bright and cheery 4 
Bedroom and 4 1/2 bath Home! Short walking distance to the beach
(approx. 100+ yards/90 second walk) with GREAT GREAT GULF VIEWS 
and many upgrades such as granite countertops and cathedral 
ceilings. 2 Huge double decker decks to enjoy the views and the 
sounds of the sea and pool area. Each of the 4 bedrooms has it's  
own full bath and a door to the outside decks. Indoor Elevator, 
covered concrete parking, private heated pool with a charcoal grill 
and and lots of outdoor furniture. 5 TV's with DVD/VCR,(one in each 
bedroom & one in the family room).  Family room also has stereo with 
surround Sound and outdoor upper deck speakers for poolside 
listening. 1 Queen sleeper sofa. Dining room table seats 8 people 
and 3 people at counter. Golf cart and beach bikes available!! 
Outdoor shower and fish cleaning work area. Very Fun House!!!
Allows small dogs only with deposit. A true 'Oasis; located directly 
between gulf and bay. 

Sleeps 12 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 sets of bunk beds, 2 twins, 1 Queen 
sleeper sofa.
