Vacation Rental Description

Jade Coast, a brand new luxury Villa, is located only ONE block to  
world famous Tamarindo Beach! You are also located only two blocks  
to downtown Tamarindo, restaurants, night life, and shopping, so a  
car is optional! 
 
Built in 2007, Jade Coast features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in the main  
house (2700 SF) and two detached Studio Apartments (350 SF each) with 1 full  
bath, private pool,large covered porch and partial  
ocean view from the 2nd floor. 
 
The property has an outdoor shower and bathroom, outdoor Webber gas  
grill, tropical garden, 24 hour security, ADT alarm system and an in  
room safe for your convenience and added safety. Kitchen features  
wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and  
movable island. Kitchen is equipped with coffee  
maker, toaster oven, blender and all utensils and cooking supplies. 
 
Jade Coast sleeps up to 12 people. There are 3 queen beds, 4 twin  
beds (day bed w/trundle) and a queen pull out sofa. Baby crib (pack  
& play) available upon request. We provide linens for our  
guests. There is free High speed WiFI (bring your laptop) and cable  
television. You will also find 3 plasma screens, BOSE surround  
sound, including a 50" plasma screen in the family room. Playstation  
with games, DVD selection. Inside utility room with washer/dryer. Free local calls! International  
calls require calling card, which can be purchased in Costa Rica or  
use your own. Jade Coast is a NON-smoking property, however smoking  
IS allowed outside only. 
 
Wildlife abounds just outside your door at Jade Coast! It is a  
common scene to see howler monkeys, exotic birds, friendly iguanas  
and Pizotes in the nearby trees. 
 
Daily maid service IS included in your rate. Let us help you with  
your Tour reservations, fishing charters, rental car reservations,  
in home chef services, and real estate assistance at NO additional  
charge. Private, professional pick-up and drop-off service available  
for an additional fee to and from the Liberia International Airport  
or the San Jose International Airport. **Inquire about our low

Low Season 2: Sep 1-Dec 15 $1,800/week OR $275/night 
High Season:  Dec 16-Apr 30 $3,000/week OR $450/night 
Holiday (Christmas/New Years/Easter) $4,500/week, 1 week minimum
