"Great Escape"-A beautiful 3 story home located in a private,gated
community on the gulfside of Hwy.30-A. 60 yards to the sand! No
roads to cross to get to the beach!!!!!!!!
Each floor has a large balcony. There are 2 queen bedrooms and 2
king
bedrooms. Each have their own bathrooms,TV/DVD. There is also a
bunkroom that sleeps 6(2 bunks-double on bottom and twin on top), a
queen sleeper sofa, and roll away bed. The
kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are included. There is
covered parking for 4 large vehicles and an outside shower and
grill.
The pool is one house down and there is a private boardwalk over the
dunes to the beach. We provide 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily
by our beach service(March-October).

Fall Aug.9, 08 - Nov.9, 08 $295/NT or $1800/WK 2 night minimum
Winter Nov.3,07 - feb 29, 2008 $250/NT or $1500/WK 2 nimght minimum
All rates negotiable
Refund if mandatory hurricane evacuation declared!
Thanksgiving and Christmas $1800/week or $295/night
Plus 11% tax and cleaning fee
Refundable $500 damage deposit required.
Jan. and Feb $1500/month
