This condo is in a large, spacious, beautifully landscaped complex
in the middle of Crescent Beach where couples as well as families
are welcome. Our balcony is nestled in a quiet, lush tropical
setting with birds serenading in the surrounding trees; yet close to
all amenities. Short walk through our beautiful courtyard will take
you to the world famous Crescent Beach in just couple of minutes. No
road to cross. The complex has 2 barbeque areas, one right at the
beach - another next to our building. Pool is always warm and your
muscles will love the hot streams of Jacuzzi. Tennis court is couple
of hundred feet from our unit for the more ambitious vacationer. The
unit is fully furnished including beach chairs and an umbrella.
Master bedroom has 2 queen size beds and guest bedroom 2 twin beds.
Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The unit is large - 1200 sq.ft.
Laundry facilities are just a few steps from our unit on the same
floor. We have security guards on premises to keep any unauthorized
people out of the property.

Rates based on four people occupancy.

Reservation/security deposit required.
5% discount on rentals of 3 weeks or more from February 1 - April 15
5% discount on rentals 2 weeks or more from April 15 - February 1
2 wk minimum from February 1st to April 15.
