bedroom codominium that we have chosen to furnish as a 2 bedroom plus
an office/den. The Condo feels much more like a home because it is
not only a ground floor unit with a lovely yard overlooking one of
Naples largest Lakes but also is very light with many windows as an
end unit. There are only 2 floors so this unit does not live like a
traditional condo,highrise or apartment. The tastefully chosen
furnishings feature a king bedroom suite and a full size bed in the
guest bedroom. Additionally, the living room sofa bed quickly
converts to accomodate guests.
One of the finest features of Emerald lakes is it's prestigous North
Naples location near the new Ritz Carlton Tiberon. The warm and
spacious condo is in walking distance to many elegent and casual
restaurants, beaches, shopping centers as well as all that Naples and
the South West Florida coast have to offer.

The Club house has a huge pool and deck area overlooking one of two
huge lakes at Emerald Lakes. The inviting club house includes a

This condo is located within walking distance of many restaurants

Minimum rental is for 30 days but a 90 or more day rental is
preferred. A discount for rentals 90 days and over will apply. Rental
prices include everything except the Condo association rental registration one time fees.
