Vacation Rental Description

The Majestic Sun is new and loaded with amenities. The Gulf of 
Mexico and pool are out front, golf and tennis are out back... It's 
Perfect! The Majestic Sun features a 3200 square foot, Indoor-
Outdoor Pool with waterfall and two hot tubs. There is a fitness 
center on the main floor.

Your two bedroom, two bath Unit is situated on the second floor 
overlooking the Gulf and Pool. Your unit is beautifully decorated 
and features a KING BED in the master bedroom and TWO SINGLE BEDS in 
the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have TV's with VCR's. The living 
room has a 32" TV with VCR and a stereo/CD, and the sofa is a queen 
sleeper. The kitchen is loaded with everything you will 
need,including a blender for frozen drinks. Pets NOT allowed, No 
Smoking.

Your unit is located on the second floor which has direct access to 
the parking deck without using stairs or the elevator.

A new bike/walking path along Old Highway 98 connects the Majestic 
Sun to the grocery stores and the Silver Shells Outlet Mall (the 
best one I've found). You can also take the car, it's less than a 
mile.

Optional Amenity Card Plan available to include:  Special discount 
rates (40%) for 18 holes of gold are available at the onsite Seascape 
Golf Course or the nearby Emerald Bay Course; Complimentary Daily 
Beach Chair Service which includes two beach chairs and one umbrella 
(subject to availability); and special discount rates (10%) for food 
and beverages at The Whale's Tail, located on the beach at The 
Majestic Sun.  Price is additional $15.00 + tax a day.

Note: The Majestic Sun is across Scenic Gulf Drive from the beach. 
There are three cross walks to stairs down to the beach.
