Pool side view, steps away from private beach cabana in Hilton Head Island

Hilton Head Resort is the best value on the island and this two bedroom, two bath unit is one of the nicest villas at Hilton Head Resort! It has just been remodeled for the upcoming season with a bright and cheerful beach theme decor.  The villa sleeps 6 which includes no more than 4 adults, (Association Rules).

There is no smoking inside the villa but smoking is allowed on the front balcony that overlooks a very large clear pool (great for keeping an eye on the kids) that has an adjoining deli/convenience store with internet capabilities, pool table, movie rentals, bike rentals and  more. The deli food is quite good and beer and wine is available. Beach toys and boogie boards, etc are available.

Hilton Head Resort has outdoor grills, tennis courts, 2 outdoor pools, and if the weather is bad, an indoor pool that is heated as needed. There are also exercize facilities, a hot tub and a sauna.

The boardwalk to the most private beach on the island is easily walkable  or you have a convenient 90 second  private shuttle (eight person golf cart) that is operated by the resort.

At the beach is a private cabana that has restrooms, food and drinks that include a full bar where you can take a break from the sun if desired or wait out a brief rain shower.

There are new flat screen TV's in the bedrooms and living room with 75 (+) channels. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, disposal and every small appliance needed, including a small electric grill for indoor grilling of that fish or steak fillet! 

The Master Bedroom has a new queen size mattress and the second bedroom has new twin mattresses. The Living Room has a pull out sofa bed that is comfortable for that type of bed.

Local activites includes antiquing, cycling, fishing, golf, miniature golf, horseback
riding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, shelling and wind
surfing. There are bike and walking paths everywhere on the island and firm beaches make for great biking. Shopping galore and the finest restaurants along with the usual fast food restaurants that you are familiar with.

Shelter Cove is just past the resort with a marina sur.ounded by specialty shops and live entertainment at night. Coligny Square is in the middle of the island and has an array of specialty shops including a great shell shop. Famous Harbor Town is the home of the Heritage Classic and has specialty shops and restaurants offering a great view of the harbor and it's landmark Lighthouse.

About six miles down Hwy. 278 after exiting  I-95 is a 24 hour Super Walmart which is a good place to stock up before crossing to the island. There is another Walmart as well as Piggly Wiggley, Sams, Bi-Lo and Publix on the island and very convenient to the resort. Wine and beer is sold in all of the grocery stores and competition makes for some great prices!
