block to town on Third St. between Clinton and Franklin.) 
Just minutes to downtown & waterfront.  

Lower Level:  Updated, fully furnished, sleeps 8 people. 
Features are 2 bedrooms; King in master rm. and two twin beds in 2nd 
bedrm., plus privacy room with new, highest quality futon 
double size bed.  Family room offers comfortable double sized 
sleeper sofa. Kitchen with dishwasher. New, fully renovated Full 
bath with upgraded fixtures.  Dining room and Family room. Hardwood 
floors through-out home, tall column pillars, tall ceilings, and 
ceiling fans for comfort give character to this home. 

Upper Level: Updated, fully furnished, sleeps 4.  
One bedroom with tv.  One full bath. Private separate room with 
highest quality futon sleeper sofa. Also, separate family room with 
tv. Updated Kitchen. All wood floors and newer surroundings & 
furniture. Private entrance. Outdoor spacious 
balcony for this unit only. Dishwasher not available.

Washer and Dryer available. Garage Parking and Spacious back yard.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Each level has the following amenities: microwave, Cable TV, VCR/DVD (No VCR Upstairs).
Outdoor furniture and grill are all included. Backyard and Beach 
games/toys. Beach towels and chairs provided. Linens and Towels are 
provided. Two car parking available for each unit. Home is air conditioned.  Spacious back yard-3/4 
Fenced.
Kitchen and bath paper products, soap, dish detergent, & laundry detergent are provided.
Kitchen food storage products; baggies, tin foli etc are included.

No pets or smoking, please. 

Activities and Attractions

3/4 of a mile to beautiful Lake Michigan beach and waterfront.  Just a 
couple blocks to water channel and boat docks.  One block to 
downtown Grand Haven where specialty shopping and restaurants with 
live entertainment are located.  Special events during holidays.

in Sept. & possibly during some summer weeks.

Entire home \sleeps 12 people with 2 baths/2 kitchens and spacious 
living areas.  Approx. total sq footage is 1,750. Rental price is upper and lower level rental cost 
below less 50% off 1 night stay Lower level cost. Will quote at time of inquiry. Discount available 
to only 1 week or more stays in Entire home.

***Rent Entire home for Coast Guard 2008 for $2,500 a week, Sat to 
Sun, 8 nights or separate level rates below.  

Summer Rental-Main,Lower Level Weekly rentals start in May 2008, 
*May $750: Memorial week $850 a week. 
*June $850 a week. 
*July & August $1,000 a week. *4th of July $1,175 a week, 7 nights. July 5th to 12th $1,000 a week 
still available. 
*Labor Day week, 8 nights, $1,300.
**Coast Guard, Sat. to Sun. 8 nights-$1,500. 
*Sept weeks available after Labor day weekend. $800 a week. 3 night 
stays $155 a night.
*Oct through April except Holiday weeks $750 a week or $135 a night 
for 2 nights.

Summer Rental-Upper Level Weekly rentals start in May 2008:
*May  $550 (Memorial week $650)
*June $650.
*Coast Guard Week, Sat to Sun, 8 nights, $1,200. 
*July & August $775- available. 4th of July week $875. July 5th to July 12th Still Available at $775 
a week.
*Labor day Week, 8 nights, $975.
*Sept. weeks available after Labor day week. 3 night stays available 
for $125 a night or $650 for a week.
*Oct through April except Holiday weeks at $575 a week or $95 a 
night.

*No cleaning Fees

Fall/Winter/Spring Rental- Full time options: Lower & Upper levels 
are available to rent full-time Oct. 15th 2008 to May-June 2009.

*Weekly rates are also available: *Sept after Labor Day to May prior 
to Memorial weekend e-mail or call for pricing. 3 night stays, Sept. 
through May are considered. Summer may also be available for 3 
nights. 

Please contact for date availablity and rates. Air conditioning is
available. No Cleaning Fees.  2-week or more stays we offer 
complimentary cleaning & towels and linen service weekly. 
 

A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required 1 week after e-mail or phone confirmation
to secure reservation.  Balance of rent and a refundable $400.00 lower and $300 upper or $500 
entire home security deposits are due June 1st and/or prior to stay.

Check in for weekly rental is Saturday, May through July and Sunday after July, 
2:00 p.m. and check out time is the following Saturday or Sunday by 
11:00 a.m. Can be flexible during off-season for weekday arrivals 
and departures.

Fall/Winter/Spring Rental Monthly- 
Full time options: Lower & Upper levels 
are available to rent full-time Sept. or Oct. 2008 to May-June 2009.
