Gorgeous 2nd floor Papakea Resort condo located on world famous Kaanapali Beach. This is an 
oceanfront complex that offers over 1000 feet of direct beachfront access and 13 acres of lush 
tropical landscape.
 
Walk outside the condo, and dip your feet in the warm, tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean, or take 
a stroll on world famous Kaanapali Beach. Our resort offers 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, saunas, 2 putting 
greens, cabanas, tennis, activity centers, & gas BBQ's for your enjoyment.

After a great day of beach fun, relax with your favorite beverage and enjoy a beautiful Hawaiian 
Sunset from your own private, ocean view lanai.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gorgeous 1 br/1 ba, fully furnished 600 sq. ft. condo with a private covered lanai. Views of the 
ocean, Molakai, pool area and resort gardens. The bedroom has a Queen bed that is comfortable and 
firm. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and an additional tri-fold children's futon 
cushion in the closet. The condo comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with 
everything.

A/C, cable TV, DVD, & CD stereo & wireless high speed internet is also provided. All linens and 
towels are included. There is a washer & dryer in the condo.. Coolers and beach towels are also 
included for your enjoyment. Parking is free.

Activities and Attractions

World championship golf in nearby Kapalua, and Historic Lahaina Town are just 10 minutes away. 
Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. 5 minutes to Whaler's Village.

Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, golf, whale watching, surfing, windsurfing, fishing, 
sailing, shopping, restaurants, Old Lahaina Luau.

Rates based on double occupancy.
Extra guests $10 each.
Maximum 5 people.
5 night minimum.
14 night minimum during Holiday Season.
Exceptions made for availability between bookings - Call or email to inquire.
$250 refundable security deposit.
Add one time $95 cleaning fee & 11.42% HI tax.
10% discount for 30 nights during Value Season.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Security deposit refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations greater than 
90 days from check-in. There is a $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days during Peak & 
Value Seasons. A $250 fee applies for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund 
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace 
yours. 
Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
