This unit #1 is located on the Saco river with private beaches. Walk 
to the river from this immaculate 3 floor condo with a loft. New 
Wall to Wall Carpeting throughout. This unit sleeps 10 people. Every 
window has a view of the Saco River. Walk outside to the Saco River 
from the bottom floor that has a Jacuzzi and 2  sets of bunk beds and 
Futon within. This unit is also located 1 mile from the Maine border.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit #1 is located on the Saco River with  private beaches. 
Drop your kayaks in from the back deck. This unit is equiped with 
Jacuzzi on the bottom floor w/washer and dryer. 

Activities and Attractions

This unit is located 7 miles from down town North Conway. With the 
Saco River in the back yard, drop in the kayaks from the back deck, 
there's no reason to leave besides going to the supermarket for food 
to grille out on the back deck with patio furniture. There are 
several golf courses in the area and the are plenty of hiking trails 
also during the summer.
