Labor Day - Nov 30 $1300; Dec 1 - Dec 31 $890. Off season holidays are exceptions. Call for rates. Other fees: 11% tax on base rental; $44.40 reservation fee; $250 security deposit ( refundable if no damage) OR a $50
Security deposit waiver. There are pet fees, if applicable and an optional travel insurance offered that is 6 1/2% of base rental rate.
