Relax and enjoy this beautiful villa that’s been totally updated.
Has new carpet and Pergo flooring throughout. Neutral
colors, tasteful wall paper and decorations and inviting
furnishings.
Adults will enjoy the queen size bed and color tv/vcr in the
bedroom.
Adult guests will find a sleeper sofa in the living room. Kids will
enjoy the double bunk beds with ladder/safety railing in the hall.
Eat in kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes, utensils, cook
ware, stove, microwave, etc. There is cozy table seating for (4)
and a kitchen bar with stools for (2).
Living room is completely furnished with comfortable new furniture,
matching tables and entertainment center with color tv, dvd/vcr and
stereo system.
The Deck off of the living room has spectacular views of the
Atlantic ocean and the ocean front pool (both are less than 100
yards away. There is seating for 2 on the deck overlooking the ocean
with beautiful night skies.
Linens and towels are provided. The unit is conveniently located on
the third (top) floor near the elevator and is handicapped
accessible (handicapped parking and access ramps are provided).
Can’t wait to get to the water? You are equal distance
(approximately 100 yards) to the ocean and the ocean front pool.
The Villa is located Mid Island at the beautifully landscaped and
maintained Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. On the secured and
guarded property, you’ll find everything you’ll need for a wonderful
and memorable vacation on Hilton Head Island.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis boasts the largest ocean front pool on
the island complete with kiddie pool and Tiki Bar/Restaurant. The
Beach Bar and Grille is open daily with complete snack, food and
beverage menus plus pool/sea side seating. You can also enjoy the
Live Daily Entertainment (in season).
If Activity is your game, enjoy the (10) lighted tennis courts
(court time is included at no charge) and the fully equipped Pro
shop complete with tennis pro's. Playground and barbecue picnic
areas are also provided. Beach volleyball and complete water sports
rentals are available. Bike and roller blade rentals are also on
site for your convenience. Golfers will enjoy the (26) championship
golf courses within minutes drive from the resort. Special discount
golfing rates for guests at local area courses. See front desk for

Other resort amenities include “The Boardwalk” which features a
deli/general store and restaurant/pub. Enjoy a complete selection
of grocery and convenience items in the deli/store. The pub offers
delicious appetizers, sandwiches, salads, burgers and daily
