Adult guests will find a sleeper sofa in the living room. Kids will
enjoy the double bunk beds with ladder/safety railing in the hall.

Eat in kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes, utensils, cook
ware, stove, microwave, etc. There is cozy table seating for (4)
and a kitchen bar with stools for (2).

Living room is completely furnished with comfortable new furniture,
matching tables and entertainment center with color tv, dvd/vcr and
stereo system. High speed internet is also available during your stay.

The Deck off of the living room has spectacular views of the
Atlantic ocean and the ocean front pool (both are less than 100
yards away. There is seating for 2 on the deck overlooking the ocean
with beautiful night skies.


Linens and towels are provided. The unit is conveniently located on
the third (top) floor near the elevator and is handicapped
accessible (handicapped parking and access ramps are provided).

(approximately 100 yards) to the ocean and the ocean front pool.

The Villa is located Mid Island at the beautifully landscaped and
maintained Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. On the secured and
guarded property, you'll find everything you'll need for a wonderful

the island complete with kiddie pool and Tiki Bar/Restaurant. The
Beach Bar and Grille is open daily with complete snack, food and

If Activity is your game, enjoy the (10) lighted tennis courts
(court time is included at no charge) and the fully equipped Pro
