Vacation Rental Description

A large (2400sq ft under air-con), 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home  
furnished to an exceptional standard. Specific features include:  
custom made window dressings, tinted windows, limited edition  
prints,  
quality bed linens (350 T.C ) and Ralph Lauren towels throughout 
 
The electrically heated 28ft pool is west facing with a waterfall  
and  
large planter. It has superb lake views to the side and rear  with  
preserve beyond and is completely private. A shaded covered area  
with  
ample patio furnishings provides for excellent dining and  
relaxation.    
 
At the front of the house is the dining room seating 6 and the  
living  
area with sofa, 2 rockers and footstool leading directly to the  
covered lanai and pool. 
 
The family room has comfortable seating, a large entertainment unit  
with flat screen  tv, dvd, vcr and cd stereo system and  
uninterrupted  
views to the pool, lake and preserve. 
 
The fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances has a nook with   
slate topped table and 4 matching chairs and   access to the lanai  
and pool. 
 
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and  en-suite (huge walk in  
shower, roman tub, double vanity unit, separate toilet) large walk  
in  
closet and lcd tv/dvd player. 
 
The second bedroom has a queen bed, wall mounted lcd tv/dvd player with en-suite bathroom with walk  
in shower and access to the pool area.  
 
The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds with lcd tv/dvd player and share the  
third  
bathroom.  
 
Three bedrooms have lake views.  
 
Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms, family room and lanai. 
The property comfortably sleeps eight.

drive from I-75 and 15 mins from Sarasota and the Gulf Coast  
beaches.

exciting restaurants and great shopping from the malls

$250 or £150 per week to confirm booking. 
 
Pool heating is available at $130 or £70 per week if required.
