GrayHawk is located in North Scottsdale, this a gated a community
that features luxury type properties right off Hayden and Thompsons Peak, 1 mile off the 101, located  literally minutes from shopping, restaurants and golf.

This 2,200 square foot Villa is professionally decorated and
features all brand new furniture with a first floor master. The home is a quite end unit,  spacious, cozy and offers many high end amenities, such as Cherry
cabinets, granite counter tops, built in wine cooler, Jacuzzi tub,
fireplace, title throughout, and high speed wireless internet access
and wireless printer for your use.

The property is located close to the pool for convenience, but far
enough for privacy. The back of the Villa faces the pool and court
yard, with a large patio area off the master and the dinning area.

This floor plan has a first floor Master with 2 bedrooms upstairs,
loft and 2.5 baths. The two-car attached garage provides security
and Convenience!

The master suite has a King size bed and door to the private patio. The second bedroom has a full sized bed, plus two bunk beds. The third bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and the loft can accommodate a rollaway if required. All the
bedrooms have their own TV and DVD players.

The family room has large leather sofa’s, with a 36 inch TV VCR and DVD.
The Villa is located within minutes of many top rated golf courses
including Grayhawk, Troon North, TPC Stadium and Desert, Legend
Trail, Talking Stick, Kierland, Sanctuary, and many others. There
is also biking/hiking trails, including a fantastic four mile hike
around Pinnacle Peak in the recently opened Pinnacle Peak Park.
During your stay, you will have access to all the luxuries of the
Grayhawk community, multiple pools, juccuzzis, excursize room, etc.
Walk to shops. 

Dine at any number of renowned restaurants or enjoy fine shopping.
DC Ranch is less then a 5 minute drive. North Scottsdale is upscale
yet conveniently located, comfortable, and relaxing.
