Lake Murray Vacation Lake Front Home 400 ft.Water Front in Lake Murray

We are located on a beautiful Point that has a beautiful sunrise
view, the lot size is 1 acre. We are out on the main body of the
lake
so there is plinty of water to look at and enjoy. There is plenty of
room to park your cars and boat traylers. We both have very
hectic jobs and enjoy comming to Lake Murray every chance we get and
enjoying these beautiful soroundings.
You will also have access to a one hundred foot pier and boat dock. 

Fishing is great on lake Murray. Largemouth
bass,Striped bass, Bream and Crappy are all doing very well, so if
you enjoy fishing boating,swimming,skiing.jet skiing or hiking,come
on down. WE located just two miles from Dreher Island State Park.We
are located in a great place to take a vacation.There are several
golf courses and clubs in the area also the Riverbanks Zoo is near
by
Columbia is only 30 miles away. And the Masters is only a hour and
half away. There are also fantastic restaurants that you can get to
by car or
boat.


We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom
suit has a king size bed and a sitting area. The master bath has a
walkin shower and roman tub. The other two bedrooms have queen size
beds. The other bath has a shower over the tub. We also have two rollaway beds.  The living room is
decorated in nautical dacor. The full kitchen has a Microwave,
toster
coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker and much more too much to
list here. We have a picnic area down by the water with table and
charcoal grill (BBQ).WE enjoy dining outside down by the lake. We
also have a campfire area down by the water that we enjoy sitting
by at nite and looking at the stars and just
relaking.

Weekly $500.00 - $650.00 or $1595/mounth in winter

Spring March - May $600.00/week  weekend/$250.00

Summer June - August $650.00/week  Weekend/$300.00

Fall September - November $600/week  Weekend/$250.00

Winter December - February $500.00/week  Weekend/$200.00 

During the winter December - February $1595/Mounth

50% of rent due to confirm reservation. Final payment due 14 days
prior to arrival along with $150.00 security deposit separate check
will be returned 7 days after.  

$25.00 fee if you bring your pet,

 $50.00 departure cleaning
fee.

3% fee for credit cards
