This beautiful home in Punta Gorda sleeps 9 & has more amenities
than any other rental in Punta Gorda.
It’s appropriately named “Sunrise Villa’ for the great sunrises that
you can see from the Masterbed. Look out to the pool & canal &
listen to the wonderful songs from the birds. It’s a great way to
wake up on your Vacation on the Gulf Coast!
OUTSIDE: You have your own private *heated pool with large enclosed
lanai along with table, chairs, lounge chairs & gas grill. Two
ceiling fans w/lights in the lanai for those that like to play games
& cards.
We are on deep sailboat water & there is a 45’ dock for your boat &
also wonderful fishing. We have fishing poles for those that fly &
can’t bring their own. There is a dock bench for morning coffee &
fishing also. We supply you with 2 beautiful “sit in kayaks” that
are great for going through the canals, out to the gulf & exploring
the mangroves. Lifejackets are also provided.
INSIDE: The home has brand new luxurious furnishings for the utmost
in comfort. The great room sliders become a 12’ opening to the
lanai & pool area. Make sure to open the slider & let the breeze
flow through. There are ceramic tile floors throughout the home &
also upgraded ceiling fans & lights in all the rooms. Beautiful
entertainment center with tv is great to watch from the 2 unique
recliners. 4 tv’s are connected to the cable in the home. We also
have a Play Station II and some games to play with the kids. Unlimited US
& Canada phone calls.
Kitchen has upgraded appliances & a Sile Stone Quartz countertop.
It is well equipped for any entertaining that you may want to do.
We have a beautiful raised counter & 3 bar stools. Breakfast nook
table seats 4 and looks out on the pool. The beautiful dining area
has a gorgeous table and chairs that seat 12 people, also great art
& a very unique wine rack.
*Master bedroom has a king bed w/ 600 count sheets. The slider
opens out into the lanai. Beautiful dresser w/mirror & chest, &
tv. Large walk in closet. Master bath has double sinks with a
large tiled walk in shower. There is also a separate vanity area
with sink & chair for makeup & hair. Blow dryer & special mirrors
also provided.
Bedrooms are split for the utmost in privacy.
*Guest bedroom #2 has a queen sized bed with 600 count sheets.
There is also a dresser w/mirror, chest, tv, and a very comfortable
chair that makes into a twin hideabed.
*3rd Bedroom/Office Queen sofabed (600 count sheets), small
entertainment center w/tv, and a darling wicker desk & chair. Great
for your notebook computer as we have highspeed Wifi provided for
your internet needs. There are also some books & games.
*Great Room Queen Sofabed (also 600 count sheets)
There is a laundry room with washer & dryer also. All linens are
provided including a dozen beach towels.
GARAGE: We have a double car garage & there are 2 bikes for you
ride around our safe & friendly neighborhood Punta Gorda Isles. It
is an upscale community w/beautiful homes & boats. We are also close
to golf & tennis. There is an ice chest for you to take to the
beach.

PETS: We are “Pet Friendly” for small well trained dogs. There is
a $75.00 fee. We have a Toy Poodle who travels with us, & we are
always looking for places to accept “”Baby Boomers w/their pets
(kids)”. We decided to help others that don’t want to board their
family member at home. We are also “Non Smoking”.

LOCATION & WHAT’S NEARBY: We are located right between Fort Meyers
& Port Charlotte in Historic Punta Gorda on Charlotte Harbor. It is
renowned for sailing, Tarpon Fishing, boating, golf & tennis. We
are about 1 mile to Fisherman’s Village (shopping & restaurants) &
also about 1 mile to Ponce De Leon Park where a lot of the locals
turn out to watch the spectacular sunsets , fish & launch their
boats at the local boat ramp. We are close to grocery stores,
health clubs, tennis, golf, & boat rentals. It takes about ½ hour
to go to Ft Meyer’s Beach or Sanibel to the south, or Englewood
Beach to the north. Ft Meyers is home to a Minor League baseball
team-one of the most popular activities around. It’s also the
spring-training site for many other teams.
The closest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW)
in Ft Meyers & is about 30 minutes to the south. A lot of our
guests also fly into Tampa, Orlando, Ft Lauderdale or Miami. It
would take approx 2 hours drive to get to our beautiful Vacation
Home in Punta Gorda from any of those airports.
