Relax in our 2005 Charleston-style vacation waterfront home on Lake
Hartwell. This quiet getaway will charm you and your guests. Great
for family gatherings and special events. As you will see, we have
gone to great lengths to make this a unique, modern house with all
the enjoyments you want in a premium vacation property.
We are located less than 90 minutes from the Atlanta metro area and
40 minutes from Greenville SC, making this an easy weekend or full
week getaway. We are conveniently located only 20-25 minutes from
Clemson and less than 15 minutes from downtown Anderson SC where you
can find all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment needs of a
larger city.
The home has hardwood floors, plush leather furniture, stainless
steel appliances and a huge 320 sq-ft master bathroom. Each of the
five bedrooms has been equipped with a DirecTV feed. There is
a cozy kids bedroom with TV/DVD/VCR and plug-ins ready for their
favorite video game system where they can hang out without affecting
the rest of the guests.
We are on a gently sloped lot that is only 65 feet along a wide
concrete walkway from the house to the waterfront and dock bridge.
No long hikes up hill ! We have a large, covered DEEP WATER dock with
electrical/water service. You'll enjoy spending the entire day on the
dock and swimming in the alcove - out of the wind, waves and boat traffic.
Grab a floatchair and float your worries away!
Like the name says, this truly is "Hartwell Heaven"!

Bedding: Two new Serta pillowtop King Beds, Two Queen beds, bunk

size Aerobeds are available. Linens & towels provided. Two
screened porches and three decks overlooking lake. Four bedrooms
have lake view facing south. Extra-large ceiling fans throughout
and in each screened porch. (House/dock built Oct 2005).
