Indian River Plantation is one of Florida's East Coast's finest
resorts. It is located in Stuart on Florida's Treasure Coast. The
Best. It is a 40 minute drive from West Palm Beach International
Airport and is on one of Florida's finest sandy beaches. The St.
Lucie Inlet provides immediate access to the Atlantic Ocean. And,it
also is connected to a waterway system that provides access to
Florida's West
Coast.

The 1,451 square foot BEACHWALK 111 Condo Property has been recently
refurbished with wooden floors throughout. It is tastefully
decorated in a comfortable Key West ambience with colorful
furniture
and wall decorations. Indeed, it is a House of Color. It is located
on the ground floor across the street from a large resort swimming
pool and close to the golf Pro Shop and over a dozen tennis courts.
And, it is only a few minutes walk to the Atlantic Ocean Beach.
If you arrive by boat or bring one with you there is a full service,
71 slip, deepwater Marina right on the property and Intercoastal
Waterway. There is almost immediate access to Deep Sea Fishing
through the St. Lucie Inlet which is also the gateway to some of the
World's best Sail Fishing.
Everything is there for to you to begin your special vacation. It is
fully equipped with cooking, bedding, beach items, TV/VCR. The
living
room opens upon a fully glassed and screened Lani. Included are
washer and dryer and an industrial strength blender!!!

IRP has it's own well maintained Executive Golf Course (par 61) just
minutes from the front door. In addition, it is located in the midst
of Florida's Championship Golf Courses. All of the courses have
multiple sets of Tees to provide you with golf for your ability.
They
can be played by everyone. Right across the street from the condo
are
13 Tennis courts with full time teaching instruction. Of course
there
is swimming on the property's many heated pools and the ocean. There
is nearby snorkling, beach walking is outstanding as is the biking
and don't forget the charter fishing and boating. There is
everything
to do including nothing but relax and read a good book. There is
also
a IRP Trolley that provides continuous transportation all over the
resort. Martin County is home to the finest dining around. There are
gas grills available a few steps away to fix your own gourmet lunch
or dinner for a relaxing evening at your "home" on the beach. Vero
Beach is about a 40 minute drive North and Palm Beach is about the
same distance to the South.
