Samsung HD TV and HD DVD in the living room, 32" LCD flatscreen  
Samsung in the bedroom, cable TV, wireless internet, Stainless Steel 
appliances, tile throughout kitchen, dining,family, and bathroom, 
Granite countertops, washer/dryer. The bedroom has a walk in closet, 
a large dresser and a queen size bed. The living room includes a leather  
Queen size sleeper sofa, oversize chair, and ceiling fan. Also includes all linens, silverware, 
dishes, pans, coffee pot, ect. Large tiled patio with a table and 4 chairs. 
1 Covered Parking Space.
This is a non-smoking unit.

Amenities include heated pool and spa, BBQ grills by the pool, work-
