Brand new "Casa Mariposa" in beautiful Dawn Beach Estates(Dutch  
side). 2 bedrooms/2 baths with private pool & deck, with a studio  
apartment (additional) for sleeping 2 more with another Roman  
Shower. 
  
Ocean views out of every room. Pool has a great bench to sit and  
watch the sailboats go by, and listen to the "Song of the Sea".   
Beautiful sunrises and great fireflies at night. Very quiet in an  
upscale,gated community. 
 
"Casa Mariposa" is 1 mile from the NEW Westin Resort.  They have a  
Casino, Full Service European-Style Hibiscus Spa,& Spectacular  
oceanfront dining.  Also a Dive Shop providing snorkeling, skiing &  
wind surfing.  
 
We have alot of extras. Laptop and unlimited Internet provided,  
beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, ice chest for the beach, &  
games. Everything NEW, and decorated in bright colors. Maid service  
mid week.
