Vacation Rental Description

Are you looking for the very best complex in Mazatlan (yet
affordable)? “Paraiso” means paradise in Spanish and it lives up to
it's name. Simply put, it is the finest complex in Mazatlan. The next
best complex is a distant second in comparison to the Parasio. This is
a brand new condo in 2007 (many months are already booked so look at
the calendar which is located above).  PLEASE NOTE:  The association
policy only allows 2 weeks minimum to rent.  

This HUGE 2220 Sq foot condo is a three bedroom unit but we are
listing it as a two bedroom. We are keeping the 3rd smallest bedroom
closet locked with our personal items but the third bedroom can be
used (just not the closet).

Our condo is in a quieter upscale neighborhood called 'New' Mazatlan
which is about 1 minute from the Marina on a fabulous isolated beach.
This is not just a room to rent but it is a owners "resort" with
an on-site  spa, tennis courts, workout facilities, free game room, 
etc.  Paraiso is not a crowded time-share nor is it a partial
ownership condominium. You save by "renting direct" without the hidden
costs of agency rental fees or other charges tacked on top of the rate.

It is hard to really get a feel of what a condo is like by only
using pictures.  With this complex and specifically my condo, have the
bar set as high as you like and you will not be disappointed! This 10
acre gated upscale condominium resort is located right on the
beach on the Northern-Shore area. You will enjoy a beautiful front
ocean view and stunning sunsets. Looking only at pictures can be
deceiving; not all ocean views are created equal. Additionally, the
view you see is off of our deck and is not off of someone else's. From
the large patio deck of the living room, you will enjoy a 180 degree
view of the ocean overlooking large mountainous rock formations. The
floor is low enough to 'connect' with the ocean yet high enough not to
have obstructed views of palapa or palm trees. Expect your jaw to drop
with this incredible view! 

Nearly all "gated" complexes have asphalt parking lots and mid level
build quality.  In our complex, there is only stamped concrete and
paver's for the parking lot with over $1M of exotic plants, waterfalls,
with a mad made river running through the resort.  Also, most condos
use formica tops, ceramic floors, and styrofoam core doors.  Our room
has an upgraded interior like hand made wood doors, porcelain floors,
granite and marble tops etc.  So if you are looking for a special
condo to rent in a special complex, you are looking at the right
location.  

The three bedroom layout in the Paraiso has the best views in the
complex and has many additional upgrades even over the two bedrooms.
We have a full sized washer and dryer that is perfect for renters who
want to pack a smaller suitcase. The benefit of renting my room is
that the main living room and kitchen are much larger than an
efficiency one bedroom or typical two bedrooms yet maintains the best
view with curved floor to ceiling windows.

The decorators only chose the finest fabrics and the best quality
coordinated furnishings. Nearly all of the other rooms you see online
are decorated and furnished with "rentals in mind." Meaning, they cut
many corners including the quality of the bed. In my condo, every
fabric, every wall art, and every furnishing was carefully chosen to
impress your eyes. There is simply no chance that you will not be
delighted with this complex and especially with our specific condo. 
We also replaced the generic lighting and fans with impressive decor
and repainted everything to match versus the standard boring white. 
In all, we spent $53K on the furnishings alone.

I have additional photos that I can email if you desire.  In fact, we
were asked by the developer to allow our specific condo pictures to be
featured in the complex advertising campaign. We were honored and you
will see these pictures in various Mazatlan magazines for months to come. 

This non-smoking unit features a luxurious custom hand made king-size
sleigh bed in the master suite over looking the isolated golden beach
as well as the swim up bar pool area. The Living area also faces the
ocean and walks out to a large balcony; you can hit the ocean with a
rock without any obstructed views! There are many large windows and 3
front patio doors to capture the sunset and crashing waves though out
totaling over 55 linear feet of glass.

The living room contains an audiophile 5.1 home theater system heavily
stocked with DVD titles using a Widescreen TV which is hooked up to
USA TV channels. We have included some family games in the room to
make your stay enjoyable even after sunset.

I stocked the kitchen with all the accouterments needed for potential
yearly rentals including a dozen items not normally included in a
rental. Complementary wireless internet is available in the room. 
I've also included free usage of VIOP (voice over IP)phone service so
you can stay connected with family and friends back home.  Simply dial
 your Canadian or American phone number for free to stay connected
with  your family back home.

When you compare the view, the quality of the resort, caliber of
furnishings, and the size of the rooms, you will appreciate that this
is a very special condo for an affordable price.  While the pictures
of my room are impressive, expect much more when you see it with your
own eyes.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the room. The decor is more delicate
therefore unfortunately there are no small children allowed in the
rental party.
Prices are based off of 2 people renting; 3 & 4 people; $15 per person
additional.  $20 per person additional after 4.  Summer Specials for
August.
