Owner Direct Rates
Mid June - Labor Day $2450 per week (7 nights)
Off Season - $350 per night
Spring break - $2450 per week (7 nights)
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and President's Weekend $500 per
night. Min. nights required.

Rates do not include the following:
*Fully Refundable $200.00 security/damage deposit required with
final balance.
*Deschutes County tax of 7% applied and collected with balance due.
*One time $70.00 cleaning fee collected with final balance.
*Seven Night stay required during July & August - Sunday
Arrivals and departures
*Confirmed reservations require 30% deposit with balance due 14 days
prior to arrival.
*Minimum night stay during Holidays
*Renters must be 25 years of age or older
