Vacation Rental Description

This newer 2000 sq.ft. home is beautiful.  It has wood planked 
ceilings with open beams, spiral wooden stair case that leads to the 
loft (4th bedroom), Pine Tree cut-out railing and a 20' tall River 
Rock Fireplace with a log mantel.  It can easily accomidate 2 
families with 2 master suites.  It has a large private deck that 
backs onto a common area, great for hanging out in the Hot Tub or 
having a BBQ with family or friends.  Beautiful tiled kitchen with 
Hickory cabinets, Jen-Air, Microwave, lots of cookware and spices 
too! No Smoking or Pets Please.  In summer 2007 new furnishings! (not pictured)

Mt. Bachelor is only 18 miles away & offers alpine skiing, 
cross country skiing, and dog sled rides. Other Activities like 
snowmobiles, snowshoes, and horse-drawn sleigh rides are available 
in 
or near Sunriver.

Enjoy Bike Riding on the 37 mile of paved bike paths in Sunriver. 
The Deschutes River goes right through Sunriver & offers 
opportunities for a leisurely canoe, kayak, or raft float to a wild 
whitewater adventure.	

Play Tennis at one of the 28 Tennis Courts that Sunriver has 
to offer. 
Golf at one of Sunriver's Premier Championship Golf Courses or 
adventure out to one of the many other closeby Golf courses in 
Central Oregon.	

Enjoy Swimming at the two beautiful pools in Sunriver. Plan ahead

Vacation Rental Rates

Owner Direct Rates
Mid June - Labor Day $1680 per week (7 nights)
Off Season - $190 per night / 4th night free/no holidays
Spring break - $1330 per week (7 nights)
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and President's Weekend  $280 per 
night.  Min. nights required.

Rates do not include the following:
*Fully Refundable $200.00 security/damage deposit required with 
final balance. 
*Deschutes County tax of 7% applied and collected with balance due. 
*One time $70.00 cleaning fee collected with final balance. 
*Seven Night stay required during July & August - Sunday 
Arrivals and departures 
*Confirmed reservations require 30% deposit with balance due 14 days 
prior to arrival. 
*Minimum night stay during Holidays
*Renters must be 25 years of age or older 
*No Smoking and No Pets
