This beautiful condo sits among the sand dunes of the east coast of
Florida in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach where views of the surf and
watching dolphins play is a sight to behold.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and full ocean views. The
Living/Dining room also enjoys full ocean views. The Dining room
has seating for six. The Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa,
loveseat, and entertainment center with cable TV with HBO and DVD
player. The second bedroom features a queen size bed. There are
two full baths, a fully stocked kitchen and a private washer/dryer
for your convenience.
The glass enclosed Florida room has a queen size sleeper sofa, table
with seating for four and full ocean views. The glass doors can be
opened to enjoy the ocean breezes and sounds. Just walk out your
door and you are just steps away from the beach. The convenience of
this lower level unit is wonderful!
The condo has a shared walkway that leads right to the shore. It is
a quiet part of the beach with access only to private residences.
Ponte Vedra is home to the famous TPC course, home of the Player's
Championship and World Golf Village is only minutes away. Our
location also offers easy day trips to Wild Adventures, Disney
World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Dolphin Cove and other Orlando
attractions.
