Oceanfront Condo in Bethany Beach

Located in the Dover House within the premier resort
community of Sea Colony in the quiet beach town of Bethany
Beach, Delaware. It is a two bedroom, two bath, oceanfront first-
floor unit. Outside the unit is a large oceanview patio opening
onto the promenade of Sea Colony only footsteps from the private
beach. Kitchen was completely renovated in 2007!
The condo is ideally located -- the beach, two outdoor pools, and an
indoor pool with hot tub are only "steps away." The promenade
location is ideally suited for families with small children and
seniors.

Our condo contains a master suite with a king bed, TV, private bath,
and access to patio. Second bedroom contains two full beds,
sleeping four, TV, and is adjacent to the other full bath. Kitchen
was completely renovated in 2007. Dining room table
seats six comfortably. Living room has a large, circular sofa which
holds a pull-out full bed, sleeping two. Entertainment units include
three cable TVs,DVD/VCR, and a CD/tape/radio. With the rental you
will be given a covered, reserved parking space as well as an
uncovered, unreserved space. Linens and towels are provided. Washer
and dryer in unit. Wi-fi Internet access available (fee).

Sea Colony is a worldclass Tennis Resort that is currently ranked
19th overall by Tennis Resorts Online. Tennis Magazine recently
ranked it the 4th Best Bargain resort in the US. With an additional
recreation fee ($35 peak season/$10 off-season), all Sea Colony
amenities are made available to renters, including indoor/outdoor
pools and tennis facilities, fitness centers, spa/jacuzzi, game
room, private and guarded ocean beach, biking trails and walking
paths, and a free shuttle throughout the community. Once you finish
exploring those options, downtown Bethany Beach bandstand and
boardwalk is within walking distance via beach or road. Quaint
Bethany offers shopping, dining, and nightly boardwalk performers.
Located three miles from Sea Colony is Carl M. Freeman's Bear Trap
Dunes - recently voted "Best Golf Course at the Beach". Fishing,
boat, bike and kayak rentals are available nearby. If you'd like to
explore further, twenty minutes by car can take you to the boardwalk
at Ocean City, MD or Rehoboth Beach, DE.
