This exceptional Lake Norman Resort Vacation Home is a Ranch-Basement style of approx 3,000 sq ft, has three beautiful bedrooms plus a Sitting Room which we have set up as the 4th bedroom with a Day Bed and Trundle Bed. We did not skimp when it came to any of the furnishings in the home, particularly the bedding, and all our guests agree that we have the MOST comfortable "Heavenly" beds for your relaxing vacation at Lake Norman! 
Our home is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. For your enjoyment we
also include Wireless Internet Access, 2 27" Flat Screen TV's, DVD player and CD player/stereo. Plus the Chef in the family will feel right at home in the kitchen with a built-in Double Oven, a Gas Cooktop in the Island, Corian countertops with lots of prep area and is fully equipped with all the quality cooking tools they'll need to work their magic.
Our Lake Norman Vacation home is located just minutes off I-77, approx. 15 Mi. North of Charlotte, sits on over a half acre and is minutes to great shopping lots of Fantastic Restaurants, Nightlife Venues and several Movie Theatres. In addition, the home is situated in a very quiet, picturesque neighborhood, so you still have that tranquil atmosphere you're yearning for in a relaxing vacation at the Lake, but is convenient to everything!! Like we said, the BEST location on Lake Norman!

We are located off the closest Lake Norman exit on I-77 to Charlotte.
If you're coming to the area on business, bring the family along!
We're about 30 minutes to the airport and you can be in downtown
Charlotte in about 20 minutes if you don't have to commute during
rush hour. We're also conveniently located to Lowe's Motor Speedway,
Davidson College, Lowe's Home Improvement Headquarters in Mooresville
and the Huntersville Business Park.
Our home also has a private dock, great for fishing from, and plenty of room if you wish to rent a boat or jet ski or bring your own along!

Swimming in your OWN PRIVATE POOL!! Golf, tennis, lots of shopping
and restaurants, sailing, boating, jet skiing, biking, fishing, movie
theatres, The new National Whitewater Rafting Center in Charlotte
(where our Olympic team trains!) is the largest recirculating

January and February - $1,200 per week - $500 addl. Holidays and Race
Weeks - Nightly rates start at $300 depending on the season w/two
night minimum.   Except for summer months, will consider a reduced rental amt. for small parties using 3 or less beds. 
Exit Cleaning Fee $200, Refundable Security Deposit $300 and $100 non-
refundable pet fee Per Dog Required. Check in 4:00PM / Check out
10:00AM - 50% of rental amt. required at booking to guarantee
reservation. Balances due 14 days prior to arrival.  We can alsp accept any major credit card.
