New three bedrooms, two bath home, less than 30 minutes from New
Smyrna Beach and Orlando-Sanford Airport. Also convenient to Daytona
Beach, Orlando, Walt Disney World and the Kennedy Space Center.
Close to I-4 and I-95 if you are driving to Florida.

Our three bedroom, two bath home has central air conditioning and is
fully furnished with a full service kitchen including microwave,
coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils and cookware. Also included
are a washer and dryer for your convenience. Bed and bath linens are
also furnished. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a walk-in
closet and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed as
well and the third bedroom has a full size bed. This is also a sofa
bed in the living room. There is a small eat in kitchen, dining room
and living room.

Close to the Beach and within easy reach of all the Central Florida
attractions. Visit the attractions or just work on your tan.

We charge $700 per week.
Special Event Weeks (Bike Week, Race Week, Spring Break and
Holidays)
Will be priced separately. Please call or email for prices. Discounts
are available for seasonal or monthly rentals.

A $200 refundable security deposit is needed to reserve your dates.
Payment options include: Traveler' checks, cashier/registered bank
checks and money orders. We can now accept credit card payments
through Paypal. Add $100 for the Cleaning Fee to the total rental
cost.
