- Security/Damage deposit:  Purchase "Property Damage Protection Plan " service by CSA for as low as $39.00 .  In place of a Security/Damage deposit.

-Cancellation Policy: 30 days in advance there will be a full refund of the $200.00 Reservation deposit. Reservation deposit goes toward balance. This is not an additional charge to the total rental fee.

For monthly rentals cancellation is required 120 days in advance to recieve refund of reservation deposit. A $400.00 reservation deposit is required to hold reservations for a monthly rental.
