Vacation Rental Description

This is a great value for a family vacation destination in Panama City Beach, Florida near Frank  
Brown Park and the new Pier Park. This condo is just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico  
and has two dedicated beach accesses. You can catch the  Bay Town Trolley (transportation )right  
outside your door. 
 Great amenities include 2 pools with clubhouse, jacuzzi, shuffleboard courts, and a charcoal grill.  
This second-floor unit is right by the jacuzzi, and just steps from the beautiful sugar-white sands  
of the Gulf of Mexico -- where you can parasail, jet ski, windsurf, and splash in the emerald green  
water. Parking is close to the steps to your door, so you don't have to carry your things across  
large parking lots or wait on elevators.  
This unit also has a balcony where you can watch the sun set on the beach. This unit has been  
updated  
in October of 2006 with new tile floors & carpet. The kitchen has been updated as well with new  
appliances as some of the furniture has been replaced throughout.  
Panama City Beach offers a variety of sea excursions including deep sea fishing, scuba diving, and  
snorkeling.

This unit has an max occupancey for weekly rentals of 6 people 
There are NO exceptions. 
-We accept Visa ,MasterCard & American Express 
-$200.00 on a charge card is required to hold a reservations. The  
$200.00 goes on the balance of the total bill. The $200.00 is  
refundable if you cancell before 21 days of the arrival date. After  
the 21 days of arrival date the total refund is not guaranteed. 
Damage Deposit: There will be no charge unless there is damage to the  
unit. Call for more details."Rental Rules & Policies must be read& signed 
If there is damage to the unit there may be a charge of up to a maximum of 
$200.00/Summer or $500.00/Spring Break to your charge card to cover these damages. 
  
 
-Cancellation Policy: 21 days in advance there will be a full refund 
After the 21 days a refund in not guaranteed. For monthly rentals  
cancellation is required 60 days in advance to recieve refund of  
deposit. A $400.00 deposit is required to hold reservations for a  
monthly rental.
