Your boat dock is right outside your unit and you can be out on the Gulf
in minutes. This complex is located on the beautiful waters of
Hurricane Bay.
This is a quiet, casual, low-rise, 40 unit condo complex. This 1100
sq. ft.condo is located on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom has a king
size bed and bath in the loft area. The guest bedroom, has a
full size bed and a twin size bed and is located on the main floor with another full size bath. Sleeper sofa in the living room is a queen size.

Pets are allowed but must be under 30 lbs (association rules).

The lanai is the perfect place to dine and enjoy the dolphins
playing in the bay or relax by the heated pool that also overlooks
the water. There are televisions in each bedroom.

This complex is located by the sky bridge to Ft. Myers Beach and the
Town Square. An easy walk, bike ride or trolley to all the
excitement of Ft. Myers Beach, if you desire.

Best vacations in Fort Meyers Beach

This condo was absolutely perfect and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun getaway. It was quiet, clean, thoroughly equipped, had a breathtaking view and most importantly had great price and very sweet owners. It was well located, with countless stores, restaurants, and even some mini-golf parks for some quality family time. There is also a pool belonging to the condo where you can spend a great evening with family and friends. Regardless of the fact that the beach is nearby it is also very beautiful and fun to explore the interesting sea life such as dolphins, sand dollars, and wide variety of seashells. In addition you can choose from a wide range of activities from jet skiing to parasailing. My family and I had a blast at this home away from home and are eager to return next summer. It gets five+ stars from me.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet-friendly, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

We looked at condo's near the beach etc etc, way too expensive even off season! This condo looks out onto Hurricane bay where you see the Dolphins swimming everyday right in front of the lounge window or the upstairs balcony, there's more to enjoy than the beach front, the pool is a great change from the beach and quieter too,and the walk over the bridge was easy to do and saved the parking charges everywhere! This condo is really well equipped, we travelled from France and couldn't carry everything we needed for the beach but Gaye and Marc provided it all. For us with our two teenage daughters this was perfect, if you are hesitating stop right there and book it you won't regret it!
