We’re easily accessed from the first Truckee exit yet nestled back over the hill away from town.  Come down off Donner Summit and you’re basically there – no extra driving required.

Enjoy Tahoe Donner’s many facilities including downhill and cross-country skiing, golf, tennis, two swimming pools, exercise facilities, sauna, hot tub, access to Donner Lake, hiking trails, and equestrian center.

Major North Shore ski areas within 15 miles including:

Additional hiking, biking, rafting, and boating activities available nearby. Reno is just 35 minutes east on I-80. Or just sit out on the deck in summer and enjoy the breeze in the pine trees while reading a good book (we have enough to almost create our own lending library).

This condominium is fully-equipped including

• Unit will be pre-heated in winter prior to your arrival!

This is a first floor unit and is wheelchair friendly with wide entry door and most interior doors extra width and no stairs. A snow removal service clears the driveway and walkway up to the porch once per day when required.

Rental includes use of the detached single-car garage – no shoveling snow off that car! Exterior parking for an additional car is available.
