Vacation Rental Description

Comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium located in Tahoe Donner, 
minutes from Truckee, Reno, and North Lake Tahoe’s amenities.  Sleeps
up to 6 people.  Driving from the Bay Area?  We’re easily accessed from 
the first Truckee exit yet nestled back over the hill away from town.  
Come down off Donner Summit and you’re basically there – no extra 
driving required.

Enjoy Tahoe Donner’s many facilities including downhill 
and cross-country skiing, golf, tennis, two swimming pools, exercise 
facilities, sauna, hot tub, access to Donner Lake, hiking trails, 
and equestrian center.  Major North Shore ski areas including Sugar 
Bowl, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, Boreal and Donner Ski 
Ranch are within 15 miles.  Additional hiking, biking, rafting, and 
boating activities available nearby.  Reno is just 35 minutes east 
on I-80.  Or just sit out on the deck in summer and enjoy the breeze 
in the pine trees while reading a good book (we have enough to 
almost create our own lending library).

This condominium is fully-equipped including natural gas 
range, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, 
cookware, towels and linens.  There is a propane BBQ on the deck in 
summer.  Unit has natural gas heating through a gas-fired fireplace 
and radiant floor system – wonderful on the feet on a cold day!

Unit has stereo, two TV’s with cable service (let the kids watch a 
movie in the bedroom while you relax in the living room), DVD and 
VCR players.

This is a first floor unit and is wheelchair friendly with wide 
entry door and most interior doors extra width and no stairs.  A 
snow removal service clears the driveway and walkway up to the porch 
once per day when required.

Rental includes use of the detached single-car garage – no shoveling 
snow off that car!  Exterior parking for an additional car is 
available.

Sleeping accommodations:  King-size bed in master bedroom, two twin 
beds in bedroom #2, single futon bed in bedroom #3 plus a rollaway 
bed.

Mid-week (Sunday-Thursday, 2-night minimum):   $140/night
Weekly:  $950/week
Holidays 
Christmas through New Years:  $1500/week (7-night minimum)
Thanksgiving, MLK, President’s Day, Memorial Day: $200/night, 3-
night minimum

Summer/Fall: May 1 to October 31
Non-Holiday
Weekends (2-night minimum):  $135/night
Mid-week (Sunday-Thursday, 2-night minimum):   $125/night
Weekly:  $775/week
Holidays 
July 4, Labor Day: $160/night, 3-night min.

A 10% charge to cover the Town of Truckee Transient Occupancy Tax 
will be applied.

$120 non-refundable cleaning charge; $300 refundable security 
deposit required.  Payment by check or credit card using PayPal.

We recommend reservations be placed at least a week in advance.

Check-In Time:  4:00 pm
Check-Out Time:  11:00 am

No smoking and no pets allowed.
