contemporary kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, custom
cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
2. Beautiful ocean views from the fabulous oversized balcony:
Emerald Isle Gulf Front Condominiums is a beachfront property spanning
over 300 feet of the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach
Daze is a 10th floor oceanfront residence overlooking the gulf. The
large, 271 sq ft balcony is adjacent to the living room and master
bedroom. Lounging and dining furniture create an outdoor living area
from which the sun will dazzle you in the daytime, and in the evening
will entertain you as it sinks into the Gulf of Mexico with its
breathtaking kaleidoscope of colors.
3. Comfortable: Beach Daze has cozy furniture, quality mattresses,
as well as quality bed and bath linens. If you desire to sleep late
or watch movies, blackout drapes in the master bedroom and living room
can be pulled to keep out the bright (and early rising) beach
sunshine. Complimentary high speed internet access is available
through Comcast for those who bring their laptop computers.
4. Quick, convenient beach and pool access: At Emerald Isle, walk
off the elevator and the pool area is only 20 steps away. The white
sand beach is just through the pool gate, so you can go from the pool
to the beach in a matter of seconds.
5. Recent construction on the quieter west end: Emerald Isle was
completed in December 2005. It is located at 17545 Front Beach Road,
7 miles from the intersection of Front Beach Road and Thomas Drive
(location of the Super WalMart). The west end of Panama City Beach is
away from the major traffic congestion and crazy crowds.
6. Hands-on owners: Beach Daze is not an investment project nor is
it part of a collection owned by a rental group. It is a true
vacation home. The owners maintain the unit to minimize wear and tear
and keep it outstanding for your enjoyment.
7. Avoid rental office hassles: You have your keys in hand upon
arrival, so you can go directly to the unit after 3pm (CST). There is
no waiting in lines during the high volume check-in/check-out times,
and no driving around after hours to find an off-site rental office.

8. Old fashioned metal keys: Many properties use electronic key
cards, which have a reputation of failing at inopportune moments, and
most condominiums do not have 24 hour staffed lobbies to assist you. We
use metal keys, so you avoid frustrating trips to locate property
management to activate or reactivate your card.
9. Proximity to popular areas: Emerald Isle is located 2 miles from
Pier Park, Panama City's newest entertainment destination with shops,
restaurants, movie theater, and more. It is also 2 miles from the City
of Panama City Beach Recreational Complex, also know as Frank Brown
Park, which hosts many tournaments and exhibitions. It is the perfect
respite for event participants and spectators. The west end
location is closer to the popular Beaches of South Walton and the
trendy shops and restaurants located along 30A. In fact, Rosemary
Beach is only 7.5 miles away.
10. Rent the unit next door for additional family or friends: If you
need more than one unit, we know our neighbors and can help you
coordinate with them to rent the adjacent 2 bedroom/2 bath unit.

Condominiums:
The master bedroom overlooks the gulf and features a king-size bed,
armoire with 32 inch TV, DVD player, and private bath. The second
bedroom is furnished with stylish twin beds, armoire with 27 inch TV,
and DVD & VHS players. A second full-size bathroom is accessible from
the entry hall as well as the second bedroom.
The living room has gulf views and offers a sleeper sofa and love
seat, 32 inch flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and stereo/CD player. The
dining table seats six so there is plenty of room for everyone at the
table.
Parking is available on the first two levels of the building. A two
level parking deck with plenty of parking is located directly across
the street with bridge access for quick entry into the building.
Property amenities include two beach front pools (one of which is a
heated indoor/outdoor pool), oversized hot tub, steam sauna, and
exercise room.

Great Condo with Superb Furnishings

This condo was neat, clean and had beautiful furnishings which certainly matched the pictures shown. The kitchen had great appliances, both large and small, and any pot, pan, utensil and gadget you could possibly need! Detergents and trash bags were supplied which was a big help. Bedding was high quality, not the usual rental linens. Condo is in a good location--close to anything you might like to do or need. Also, the best balcony furniture I have seen--great condition! Owner is easily accessible by phone and always courteous and accommodating if you have a question. Had a great stay and weather.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers

WOW..this place is awesome. We went to PCB with 5 other couples, who all stayed in different condos, and they would come to this one and say it was the best by far. Cozy and clean!!! Thanks for the stay and the owner is very accommodating. The teens loved it because they had their own rooms with a nice bathroom attached..I would HIGHLY recommend this for any family needing a clean, quite, well decorated, comfy place to stay!!! Melissa

My stay at Emerald Isle

Hello, I stayed unfortunately for only a 2 days out of a 5 day reservation. Myself along with 3 other Soldiers on leave from afghanistan were kicked out of the condo due to apparently throwing a soda can from out floor. The staff didnt't identify any one of us for doin it. They just called the police and has us escorted out. I myself was on the phone talking while on the balcony and didnt witness the event. The manager kept an attitude and even asked the police if he could press charges as we stood their confused. The previous nite we were asked to stop talking loud at 930 at nite, clearly 30 minutes before the 1000pm quite time, eventhough we were only joking about how good it was being there and not in afghanistan. I have yet to hear any kind of apology from the owner and assuming not getting a refund for the days we didn't stay. I highly suggest if you just want to get away and relax this still wouln't be the place for you since we couldn't even do that being on vacation. If you go to Panama City Beach just to stay inside and watch tv quietly this migh work for you. - Juan

I am sure you and your friends were very disappointed getting evicted by Emerald Isle security and Panama City Beach police during the second night of your stay. I sure was and I really wanted you to have a great time knowing you were on leave from defending our freedom in Afghanistan. However, you left out of your post the timeline of events starting the night you and your group arrived.

The building manager called me the first night of your stay around 10:00pm about cans of soda being thrown from the balcony of the unit ten floors up. Not very safe for people on the ground. At that time I tried to contact you numerous times by calling, texting, and emailing. I was finally able to speak with you after connecting with your mother in North Carolina and she relayed a message to you. We spoke and you said you would tone it down. I explained to the building manager that you were on leave and to give a little latitude. He understood but also stated your group was clearly warned that no items can be thrown from the balcony and the next time you would be evicted for everyone’s safety. I sent a text recommending you visit the building manager the next morning in 406 to discuss that you had your group under control. The next night around the same time the building manager called me again telling me they had witnesses that the same soda cans were again flying off the balcony. This behavior resulted in the eviction. Emerald Isle has security rules in place for all guest safety which were mailed with your welcome package and are clearly posted in all elevators. Emerald Isle has a retired sheriff as head of security and the security staff has protocols to deal with situations to ensure safety. You were warned the first night that anything else thrown would result in immediate eviction, and unfortunately your group did not take that warning seriously.

The cleaning coordinator verified there was no damage to the unit, so your deposit will be refunded once I get the keys back from security. If any future guest has any concerns regarding this matter, I will be happy to discuss at length or email our 5 year guest book of past guest comments.
