office; a full bath; and, a laundry room.

The second floor has:  a very large Master Bedroom & Bath with
three-sided water views; a 2nd bedroom with spectacular water view
furnished with a queen bed; a 3rd bedroom with water view furnished
with a queen bed; a 4th bedroom with two (2) twin beds; a 5th bedroom

Less than 30 mins to Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium, ferry services
