Overlooking the world famous Magens Bay, and surrounded by 50 acres of unspoiled land, "Magens Fancy" offers the ultimate in peace and tranquility in a traditional "West Indian" inspired villa. Perched at 330 feet above sea level, the panoramic view extends from Tortola in the east around to Outer Brass in the west, and provides the opportunity to watch whales in migration, yachts sailing out at sea, and a variety of water activities in Magens Bay. Lounge in the sun on the spacious deck, and embrace the harmony of thekaleidoscope  colors of the  pool against the turquoise waters on the bay. By night, watch a perfect full moon rise, count the millions of stars across the sky, and gaze at the twinkling lights of Peterborg reflected on the water. Gently wake each morning to the chirping green parrots and the soporific lapping of waves on the shore below. "Magens Fancy" truly embraces the environment in its purest form! 

The interior combines beauty with function and lends itself to indoor-outdoor living. Two doors lead to the "greatroom," with its cathedral ceiling, and light, open kitchen, dining and living areas.  A large master suite has a majestic 4 poster king sized bed, walk in closet, and bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom has a Victorian queen sized bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two twins (or a king.)  The 4th bedroom is a private suite, on the lower level,  beside  the pool.  All rooms have ceiling fans, eliminating the need for air-conditioning on the cool, breezy Northside! 

During the summer, owners may be in reidence in the lower apartment, and the 4th bedroom may not be available.  Owner's apartment has a private drive, entrance, patio and guarantees complete privacy for guests on the pool deck.

Conveniently located in the center of the island, "Magens Fancy" is approximately 5 minutes drive to Magens Bay and Hull Bay beaches, 10 minutes to downtown Charlotte Amalie and Tutu Shopping Center,and 20 minutes to the airport and Red Hook Ferry Dock. But, with Paradise all around you, who wants to leave home?

Attractions: Coral World, Harbor Gaming Center, Estate St. Peter Great House and Botanical Gardens, Atlantis Submarine, Paradise Point Tramway, Blue Beards Castle, Tillet Gardens, and Pistarcle Theatre.

A ferry trip to St. John, Water Island, Tortola or St.Croix (seasonal) is always enjoyable.  Don't forget your passport for Tortola, British Virgin Islands

Jan 2 -April 30,2012 - $575/night ($4,025/week) 4 bedroom, 3 bath includes studio suite*  Except  Easter week & Carnival week.

4TH BEDROOM STUDIO  Lower level adjacent to apartment available upon request.  $150/night ($150 holidays) 

$150 to $175.00 cleaning fee on rentals under 6 days

10% hotel tax on rentals under 3 months. 

$500 refundable damage deposit, $650 deposit includes studio.  $3,000 deposit on long term rentals.
