Vacation Rental Description

Luxurious lakefront condominium in Lighthouse Bay at the Brooks - A 
prestigious Bonita Bay Development - 8 minutes from the beach and 20 
minutes from SWF airport. 

It is a ground floor unit with an outstanding lake front view.  It 
has 2 bedrooms (both with queen sized beds), 2 baths, den (with full 
sized sofa bed and desk), living room, kitchen, carport and screened 
in lanai overlooking the lake. 
The master bedroom also over looks the lake, has a walk in closet 
and private bath featuring double sinks and oversized walk-in 
shower.  The second bedroom has an additional bath.  The kitchen is 
fully equipt with everything except the food!!!  There is also a 
full laundry area.

All linens, housewares, towels, kitchen counter appliances and 
ironing equipment is also available. Add to this a  bright and 
energetic decor to enhance the pleasure of your vacation.

- 9% Florida taxes
- Cleaning fee of $100
- 50% of rent due 60 days prior to occupancy date.  Balance due 30 
days prior to occupancy date
