Vacation Rental Rates

For 2008, weekly rental rates are all inclusive!!  No more suprise 
admin fees!!  Weekly rental rate for each home includes the 
administration fee; which varies by property. This fee includes a 
departure cleaning, linens and towels, beds made, starter soap and 
toilet tissue each bath and starter soaps, paper towels and trash 
bags for the kitchen. In years past, this was an additional guest 
fee.  A $50 'peace of mind' security deposit waiver option is 
include as well.

The rates below do not include state and county taxes of 13%.  The 
trip insurance is an optional charge.
