The unit is tastefully decorated. As a vacation rental, the unit
comes fully furnished!!! NEW couchs and flat screen installed in 2008.
The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath luxury condo in a newer luxury
building (2003). There are very few 2 bdrm 2 1/2 units available on
the rental market and particuarily in this building.
The 2 bdrm 2 1/2 bath unit is much more spacious than the other 2
bdrm 2 bath units you may find on this or other rental sites. I
have been in many units at 2080 and believe me....there is a vast
difference in size and decor. My line of units (01's and 02's) are
the largest 2 bedroom units @ 2080. The only units larger at 2080
are the 3 bdrm units.
My Unit comes with two (2) reserved on site parking spaces, both
spots are covered and are in the garage beneath the building. (Many
rental units don't come with 1 spot; however, my unit comes with 2
gated, covered garage spots).
The building is located directly on Hallandale Beach offering direct
ocean access, 2 swimming pools (1 on the beach and a 2nd pool across
A-1A on the intercoastal), 24 hour security, gym, sauna, whirlpool,
valet parking, party center and tennis court.
Hallandale Beach is easily accessible through Ft. Lauderdale Airport
(10 minutes) or the alternative airports of Miami (20 - 30 minutes)
and West Palm Beach (40-60 minutes).
Nearby popular South Florida Attractions such as Hollywood Beach,
Bal Harbour Shops, Aventura Mall, Gulstream Race Track and Marinas
are minutes away.
You can drive down A-1A from my unit and be in "South Beach" in less
than 1/2 hour.
The unit can be rented seasonally or monthly. We do not do weekly
rentals. Please don't ask. You will be quoted a monthly rate.
