Vacation Rental Description

Our stunning villa is brand new, having just been completed in 2004.   
It has 5 double bedrooms (2 en suite) and 3  
bathrooms.  The master bedroom is huge and has a vaulted ceiling and  
patio doors which lead directly onto the pool and jacuzzi.  The en- 
suite bathroom is large and has a walk in shower.  The second master  
bedroom has a four poster bed with beautiful drapes and canopy and a  
delightful on-suite bathroom.  There are three further double  
bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds.  
 
There are two very large lounges so that two families could easily  
share but still have their privacy if that's what they want.  There  
is a formal dining room and also a nook next to the large kitchen.   
The whole area is open plan  and very spacious.  The fridge makes  
continuous ice, jsut right for those gin and tonics.  There is also a  
laundry room with washing machine and dryer (I know we don't want to  
do the washing, but needs must!). 
 
The pool area has an extended deck and jacuzzi so you can relax in  
the evening whilst the kids have fun in the pool.  The gas barbeque  
is large and ideal for al-fresco dining, so the men can cook whilst  
you relax.  
 
The Games Room has a pool table, air hockey and table football, as  
well as numerous board games.  There is cable TV, of course, as well  
as DVD players in both lounges and a Playstation, Home Theatre System 
and video player. Instead of having the usual "furniture package" we  
spent many weeks choosing each individual piece of furniture so it  
was exactly to our taste and of the highest standard.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Emerald Island really is just 3 minutes from Disney and very close to  
24 hour shops and restaurants.  It's just  1/2 mile off Highway 192  
which is a hive of activity, but nevertheless nestles in a beautiful  
conservation area.  The estate is a gated community with beautiful  
fountains, nature trails and many lakes.  The Clubhouse has a  
communal pool, gym, tikki bar, cyber cafe, sauna and children's play  
area so that you can get to know people and the kids can make  
friends.  The Staff at the Club House are very friendly and helpful  
with lots of useful information at their fingertips.  They can  
organise transport to the Theme Parks if you so wish or book you a  
Restaurant.

Activities and Attractions

Our villa is just 3 minutes from Disney and 15 minutes from all the  
other major Theme Parks.  There is so much to do in Florida it would  
be difficult to list them all, but the Kennedy Space Centre is just  
45 minutes away.  Old Town Kissimmee is great with lots of extreme  
sports and on Friday and Saturday nights there is parade of old cars.
