Vacation Rental Description

Located on famous Wisteria Lane (featured in a USA Today article
comparing it favorably to the Wisteria Lane in the TV show Desperate
Housewives), this Sea Pines home in a very private setting offers
recent designer furnishings. The cathedral ceiling living room is
spacious and comfortable with a sleeper sofa and love seat, armoire
with TV/VCR/DVD, and two sets of sliding glass doors looking out over
a very private pool and deck with spa tub.

The dining room is surrounded by windows for a great open effect and
offers seating for eight, plus sliding glass doors to the deck. The
bright, large, modern kitchen with skylight and hardwood floors has a
breakfast bar with stools and a breakfast table that seats four.  You
can plug into the high speed Internet connection in the kitchen or use
wireless throughout the house.

The newly carpeted master bedroom has a king-size bed, private two-person
shower, TV, and sliding glass doors to the spa and deck. The second
bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin
beds and a TV/VCR. These two bedrooms, also newly carpeted, share a bath.

There are two-and-one-half baths and a laundry room. The close by
community recreation area provides a pool, tennis court, and large
children's playground.

Park your car and bike or walk to most places. The property is across
a small lagoon from a bike path that connects to over 25 miles of
paths. It is a short bike ride to the beach on a shaded, scenic path.
You can bike on the beach, a favorite Hilton Head activity. The house
is close to golf, horseback riding, and a nature area. It is a short
walk to shops and restaurants in Sea Pines Center. You can bike or
walk to picturesque Harbor Town, which has stores, restaurants, tour
boats, and parasailing.

Private pool heated upon request ($100 extra) from April to June and
September to November.
