Vacation Rental Description

This is a NEW, luxury, condominium located directly on St Pete  
Beach.  We have the only unit that is independently managed to  
ensure exceptional cleaning, luxury towels and linens, excellent  
customer service. Additional pictures and an information package  
can be emailed to you upon request. 
 
This particular unit in the building has the BEST COMBINATION OF 
FLOOR PLAN AND GULF VIEW available. It has a double balcony off the  
living room and master bedroom which overlooks the gorgeous, white,  
sandy beaches of St. Pete Beach as well as an inviting pool and hot  
tub. The picture above is the actual view from the balcony. The  
second bedroom is private, with its own door which many other units  
do not have. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open and  
spacious with lots of light. It is 750 sq ft plus a large balcony. We 
just redecorated the 2nd bedroom to have 2 twin beds and a flat screen 
tv with a dvd player. A floor plan can be emailed to you upon request.  
 
The unit is fully furnished, professionally decorated, and  
maintained to pristine standards. It has a fully-equipped spacious  
kitchen and two full baths, all of which have beautiful, granite  
countertops and maple cabinets. The main living area has beautiful  
beige tile, and the master bedroom has a textured designer carpet.  
There is a second private bedroom which has 2 twin beds and there  
is also a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The large  
dining area is situated between the living and kitchen areas. 
 
The condominium is located on the exclusive St. Pete Beach. Directly  
out the condominium is a quiet, peaceful, private beach area.  
Walking the beach to the South is the beautiful and historical Don  
Ce Sar Hotel, where you can enjoy a relaxing lunch, dinner, or ice  
cream. There are numerous beach bars, restaurants, watersports,  
cabana rentals, and volleyball while you take a short beach-walk  
either North or South. 
 
There are many fabulous restaurants and bars, including the famous  
Hurricane, which are only a short bike ride or drive away to  
historic Pass a Grill. Busch Gardens Amusement Park, great museums,  
and excellent shopping are all nearby. Disney World is just a 2 hour  
drive. 
 
With this unit only, enjoy the PERSONAL TOUCH of a privately-managed  
beach condominium. We may be able to offer early check-in or late  
check-out depending on our guest schedule. Please let me know if you have
