in the center of the Ski 93 area.  Easy access to Loon, Cannon,  
Waterville Valley,Tenney, Gunstock and Bretton Woods.  Many  
restaurants and shopping areas close-by. This home has a large  
Family  
Room on the entrance level, a bedroom with a double bed, a full  
bath,  
a large living/dining area and fully equiped kitchen on the first  
level and two bedrooms and a full bath on the second level.  Other  
features include: 
    Laundry Room with washer and dryer 
    Full kitchen with dishwasher and Microwave oven 
    Cable TV on two levels 
    Three TV sets and a VCR 
    Stereo system with CD player, Double audio tape player,AM/FM 
    tuner

This area offers several activities:  hiking, skiing, golf,

    Full Week - $600 
     
    Christmas/school vacation week - $1,200/week 
    New Years week (12/29-1/5) $1,800 
 
December 15th thru March 
    Weekends- (thurs-sun) $650.00 ($175 addt'l nights)  
    Full Week - $950.00 
    School Vacation - $1,200/week 
 
Rates are for up to 6 people. $25 per person per nite extra over 6  
people. 
 
*PLEASE NOTE*-ANY CANCELLATION WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF RENTAL PERIOD WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CANNOT BE  
SUBSTITUTED FOR ANOTHER PERIOD.
