A Creekside Country Cottage located just one mile from Beautiful
Glenville Lake, The Highest Lake east of the Mississippi, It is a
1919 built and 'restored ' home with all wood, inside and out. Front
and side covered porch, as well as a 30' open back deck with 'Hot
Spa' to enjoy at night, while star gazing, or by day looking at the
sparkin' creek just beside you.
The main floor has the Master Bedroom (KingSize Bed), as well as all
the living areas... Kitchen, Parlor, Bathroom. Upstairs has two more
bedrooms and a half bathroom. Must see to appreciate this Rustic and Charming Cedar Cabin!

Our Property offers fun times at no xtra cost to our guests! TV w/VCR
and Sattelite, All Kitchen facilities, Microwave, Washer/Dryer, iron
and board, Coffee Maker, DishWasher. All Linens & towels Provided by
us. Phone w/free local use or may be used w/phone your card.
The Grounds here have 'VolleyBall', Horse shoes, Croquet', Hot Spa,
Rocking Chairs on Porch, Bar and chairs on Deck, Hammock, a shared
Game Room offers Air Hockey, Foos Ball and excersise equipment!
We also have bicycles (w/helmets) we make available to our guests for
a small fee. Spacious yard includes horses volley ball & outdoor fun!
Rare as it is to find a paved country road to ride bikes, walk or jog,
We have it here! Our 3 mile Scenic road with old barns and pastoral
views will beckon your return to our Prime Property.

The Mountains offer Plenty!!! With Hiking Trails, Waterfalls,
WhiteWaterRafting, Boat Rentals for Fishing, Skiing, and site-seeing!
Golfing in any of the areas famous resorts, Antique Stores and
Country or Gourmet' Resturants, Horse Back Riding, The Biltmore House
in Ashville, Hendersonville, The Cherokee Casino, Highlands, and
Sapphire all within an hour or so away! The list goes on and
a 'Welcome Pkg' awaits your arrival with all the needed information!

Weekly from $650-750. Nightly from $98 for mid week-stay (Tues., Wed and Thursday).  Otherwise $145 nightly in 'peak season April thru October'. Stay a 3rd night for additional $125.  Off season starts Nov 1st to April 1st and honors a 20% discount for weekly fee is the LOW fee of $595. Sorry, NO discounts during ALL HOLIDAY PERIODS.
HOLIDAY weekends require a 3 night minimum unless only
2 nights are available. Cleaning fee varies from $45-65. Add tax of
9.8% to total... THAT'S IT! There are NO other fees!
