and clubs. Our quiet, protected cove-within-a-cove setting (between
mile marker 3 and 4) with a spacious private dock is perfect for
swimming, fishing, skiing and boating. We're just minutes away from
shopping and recreation at the Bagnell Dam "strip", the Lake's famous
outlet mall, and much, much more.

     Completely rebuilt in 2007, our 2800 sq. ft. home accommodates
up to 12 guests, featuring four comfortable bedrooms that sleep 8,
plus a finished lower level living suite that sleeps up to 4 more.
     The main level offers a king bed master suite with full bath, plus
an additional half bath and laundry room. An open floor plan offers
a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious family room and dining area!
all with a fabulous lake view and access to a large, shady, covered
deck.
     The upper level has two queen bedrooms with spectacular lake views,
plus another bedroom with two twins -- all sharing a generous-sized
ceramic bath.
     The walkout lower level opens onto a patio with gas grill, and can
serve as a living suite for up to 4 additional guests! It consists
of another family room with sleeper sofa, adjoining a convenient
kitchenette and full bath. A large secluded alcove contains a
daybed with pop-up trundle that easily converts into two separate
twin beds (standard size and height).

     Our two-slip, covered boat dock is a short walk down a gentle slope
stairway. While one slip is "owner-occupied", the other 30ft slip
is available for guests, with a boat ramp close by. The attached
swim platform has lots of room for sunbathers, swimmers or
fishermen. Our ample lake frontage allows plenty of room to tie up
other boats or wave runners on either side of the dock if needed.
Our convenient, easy level access from the street is hard to beat,
with two covered parking spaces and room for two other vehicles or
boat trailers as needed.

2009 Rates

Summer season: Runs Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend
$400/night (3 night minimum) Memorial weekend.
$340/night (3 night minimum) Before July 1st.
$2,000/week (7 nights, early summer rate).
$400/night (3 night minimum) After July 1st.
$2,400/week (7 nights, peak summer rate).

Off season:
$280/night After Labor Day weekend through September 30.
$280/night Winter Holidays.
$200/night Remaining off season dates.
$1200/week (off season 7 nights)

Security/Damage Deposit: $300, must be submitted along with one half of
rental fee at the time of reservation.
Cleaning Fee: $150 extra (no tax applied).
Pet Fees: $20/night plus extra $100 security deposit.
Sales tax: (5.475%) and lodging tax (3%) not included in above rates.

Security/damage deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure provided the
house is left in satisfactory condition.
