     This family-friendly lakefront residence is located on prestigious Horseshoe
Bend - home to many of the Lake's finest restaurants, golf courses
and clubs. Our quiet, protected cove-within-a-cove setting (between
mile marker 3 and 4) with a spacious private dock is perfect for
swimming, fishing, skiing and boating -- even during the busiest summer season! 

We're just minutes away from shopping and recreation at the Bagnell Dam "strip", the Lake's famous outlet mall, and much, much more.

     Completely rebuilt in 2007, our 2800 sq. ft. home accommodates
up to 12 guests, featuring four comfortable bedrooms that sleep 8,
plus a finished lower level living suite that sleeps up to 4 more.
     The main level offers a king bed master suite with full bath, plus
an additional half bath and laundry room. The open floor plan offers
a well-equipped kitchen that flows to a spacious family room and dining area,
all with access to a large, shady, covered deck and expansive lake view! 

     The upper level has two queen bedrooms also with spectacular lake views,
plus another bedroom with two twins , and the three bedrooms share a generous-sized
ceramic bath.
     The walkout lower level opens onto a patio with gas grill, and can
serve as a living suite for up to four additional guests! It consists
of another family room with daybed and trundle, adjoining a convenient
kitchenette and full bath. A large private alcove contains another
daybed with trundle -- which total four twin beds in lower level. (Both trundle beds pop up into standard size and height twin beds.)

     Our two-slip, covered boat dock is a short walk down a gentle slope
stairway. While one slip is "owner-occupied", the other 30ft slip
is available free for guests, with a boat ramp close by. The attached
swim platform has lots of room for sunbathers, swimmers or
fishermen. Our ample lake frontage allows plenty of room to tie up
other boats or wave runners on either side of the dock if needed. Or enjoy free use of our 4-person peddle boat -- lots of fun for kids and adults!

Our convenient, easy level access from the street is hard to beat,
with two covered parking spaces and room for two other vehicles or
boat trailers as needed.

2013 Rates

Summer season: Runs Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend
$450/night (3 night minimum) Memorial weekend.
$450/night (3 night minimum) Memorial weekend through July 1st.
$2,700/week (7 nights, early summer rate).
$500/night (3 night minimum) July 1st - Labor Day.
$3,000/week (7 nights, peak summer rate).

Off season:

$350/night May 1st up to Memorial Weekend.
$350/night After Labor Day weekend through September 30.
$350/night Winter Holidays.
$300/night Remaining off season dates; ($1500/week off season 7 nights)

Security/Damage Deposit: $300, must be submitted along with one half of
rental fee at the time of reservation.
Cleaning Fee: $150 extra
Pet Fees: $20/night; plus extra $100 security deposit.
Sales tax: (6%) not included in above rates.

Security/damage deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure provided the
house is left in satisfactory condition.
