Vacation Rental Description

Located adjacent to Sea Colony, this house is minutes from the beach 
(1.5 miles to the public beach) and from Bear Trap Golf Course.  
Short drive to restaurants and 
shops.  This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath resort rental property is a 
unique find in Bethany Beach. 

The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and has a walk in shower. 
The 
second bedroom has a twin and a double bed, and the third bedroom 
has 
a queen bed.  The family room has a queen size sleep sofa and we 
have 
a high quality padded queen size air mattress that can be power 
inflated in 2-3 minutes.

The 2000 square foot area has an open floor plan with many windows 
and lots of natural light.  We have a cleared path from the house to 
the canal where you can launch your Canoe or Kayak.

Waterside is a private small community that backs up to the canal 
and 
to southern Sea Colony.  It is a short walk to the beach, or the 
restaurants at Sea Colony.

There is a community Pool that is surrounded by covered tables and 
chairs as well as lounge chairs.  The Pool house has a shower and 
bathrooms.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008
January 1st - May 23rd - $1,100/week
May 24th - July 18th - $1,600/week
July 19th - September 6th - $2,100/week
September 7th - December 31st - $1,100/week

We will rent out for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Weekends. 
3 or 4 night rentals will be available. Please call ahead for dates 
and pricing.

We will rent at a discounted rate should we have last minute 
cancellations in August and September.
