Fantastic New Beach House on the Canal in Bethany Beach

Located adjacent to Sea Colony, this house is minutes from the beach
(1.5 miles to the public beach) and from Bear Trap Golf Course.
Short drive to restaurants and shops. This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath resort rental property is a unique find in Bethany Beach.

The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed and has a walk in shower.
The second bedroom has a twin and a double bed, and the third bedroom
has a queen bed. The family room has a queen size sleep sofa and we
have a high quality padded queen size air mattress that can be power
inflated in 2-3 minutes.

A maximum of 6 adults are allowed according to the HOA bylaws. If you have more adults, we do have a larger property in the neighborhood.

The 2000 square foot area has an open floor plan with many windows
and lots of natural light. We have a cleared path from the house to
the canal where you can launch your Canoe or Kayak.

Waterside is a private small community that backs up to the canal
and to southern Sea Colony. It is a short walk to the beach, or the
restaurants at Sea Colony.

There is a community Pool that is surrounded by covered tables and
chairs as well as lounge chairs. The Pool house has a shower and
bathrooms.

2012 (Monthly rentals are only for the Winter months)
January 1st, 2011 - May 19th, 2012 - $1,000/week
May 20st - July 13th - $1,400/week
July 14th - September 3rd - $1,700/week
September 3rd - May 31st, 2013 - $1,000/week

**Cleaning Fee of $100 is added to all rental periods.

cancellations in August and September.

Security Deposit - $300

Off Season Monthly Rentals are $800 with a 2 month minimum. Half the rental amount and the security deposit are due upon signing of a lease. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to rental starting date.
