Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Riviera Villas. 
This privately owned apartment is only 100 yards from one of the 
most gorgeous, tranquil white sand beaches on Grand Bahama Island. 
Situated in a quiet location of Port Lucaya, it is less than a 2 
minute walk to public transportation and a mile from the Port Lucaya 
Marketplace with its shopping, watersports, dining, golf, and 
nightly entertainment. Swim/snorkel in the warm tropical waters. 
Only a quick ride to the nearest grocery store and airport. We have 
done our best to provide you with comfortable beds, furniture, 
pillows.  One bathroom with tub/shower. Completely equipped kitchen, 
dining room, and living room. Bath towels, linens, provided. Don't 
forget your beach towels. Air-conditioning in every room. Please, no 
smoking.

Vacation Rental Rates

To make reservations contact: Lou or Maria Mattera
50% deposit required to ensure reservation. Balance due upon
 arrival. No reservation is firm without deposit.
Weekly rate:  $700.00 (7 nights) based on 4 person occupancy.
Plus $50 cleaning fee and $10 internet fee.
HOLIDAY RATES APPLY.
Discounts to ITL Clinic Patients.  Verification required.
$120.00 per night for additional days.
$25.00 per each additional person per night. Nax, occupancy 5 people.
$2,400.00 for one month plus $50 cleaning and $40 internet fee.

WEBSITE
Maid Service available during stay upon request at extra charge.

We ask that at least one member of the renting party be 25 years of 
age or older. Owner not liable for any personal injuries or loss or 
theft of personal property.  Any additional charges for cleaning due 
to dirt above and beyond normal use may be passed on to the renter.  
Renter must report any damages immediately upon check-in, or he/she 
may be charged for them.  Rental of unit means renter has agreed to 
these terms.
