Beautiful Gulf Front Duplex! With the ocean breeze and the sunrise, 
that is quite spectacular, just minutes from golf courses and 
shopping to drop for! Or maybe just a morning dip in your own 
pool ...located just minutes from Fort Morgan Park and a boats ride 
away from Dauphlin Island. This is the best beach in the 
world..awesome white sandy beaches, and the beach only awaits you!
The east side of the duplex is available for rentals all year long 
with specials during the fall, and winter months..which is our 
favorite time to go! We would love to offer you a sample of our 
beautiful dream come true..  Call for a special rate...
we have 4 separate bedrooms and 4 full baths, all with full 
tubs and lots of TVs, and VCRs. We are also adding a refrigerator 
and coffee area to the 3rd floor suite. Come Sit Awhile and enjoy.

Gulf Front Pool, We have clear view enclosed decking, helps alot if 
it is a windy day, no sand blowing on you or in the pool
Outdoor Shower 
Enclosed decking downstairs next to the pool for a shady place to

to be added soon..Fully equipped Kitchen that has
2 Refrigerators with Ice Makers, Microwave,Toaster
Drip Coffee Maker with Thermos ...Bring your beach chairs and 
umbrella, or just come on down ..And Enjoy

Winter  November through March Are available for Monthly Rentals as 
well as daily or, weekends weekly etc..
We were previous owners, Only previous Due to Hurrican Ivan in 
Perdido Key, and would welcome back all of our previous friends, and
