~ All rates quoted are for 1 or 2 persons. Extra persons are an
additional $5.00 per night each.
~ Four adults maximum occupancy.
~ Extra maid service available for $25.00 per visit
~ A minimum stay is generally 7 nights, however some exceptions may be
arranged upon a limited basis, please inquire.
~ Deposits are 50% of the total rental amount to confirm your reservation.
~ The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival with the exception of
reservations made for special holidays which require full payment to
be received 60 days prior to arrival.
