Winter rate $2700/month Dec.thru Apr.
Summer rate $2000/month May.thru Nov.
Rental deposit $1000 non-refundable due at time of booking. Balance
is due 45 days prior to occupancy.

Security deposit $500 returnable within 30 days after departure
minus damage or excessive cleaning charges.
Cleaning charge $100
