The best amenity we have to offer is a clean, oceanfront Sea Colony home, fully equipped with your freedom to rent anytime during mid-June through July 25 on a weekly basis. 

FULLY FURNISHED.  Including, but not limited to, refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, color tv, cable tv, high speed internet access free of charge, beach chairs, toys, surfboards, etc. 

We lease only two weeks during the year in this beautiful condo and community setting with tennis, swim pools, fitness centers, guarded beach in private community and with round-the-clock security.   Beautiful view of the ocean from both patio balcony, living room, kitchen and master bedroom.   Beautiful carpeting and furniture.  Pergo flooring in bathrooms.  There are toys for the
children and beach chairs and beach toys in outside beach locker.

Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed.

Second bedroom is a double bed with a single bunk and a pull-out single to sleep 3 children or 4 small children comfortably.

Daybed in den has a pull-out and can sleep 2. 

However, a maximum of 7 persons and a single family only is our condition.  The ideal is a family of 4 or 5.  Our condo is located on the second floor which offers a great view of the ocean but without the need to use the elevator to get to the beach.  You are only one floor from the promenade.  Sorry, I don't have any pictures to provide but I will call you to answer any questions you might have about the condo, Sea Colony, or Bethany Beach in general.

Sea Colony offers a full range of activities. Many children's activities in the past included bonfires, money hunt, swim meets, bingo, face painting, movies, etc.

$2250 for weekly rental in June-July. A refundable security deposit of $350 applies to first-time renters.
