Jacks Mountain House with Year Round Views and DSL in Asheville

A hilltop retreat, in the outskirts of Asheville, in
the town of Leicester, exactly 20 minutes from the center of Asheville proper. Enjoy the fresh
mountain air and the strong positive energy of this area.
Close to fishing, camping, river, kayaking and ski areas.
The house is newly furnished and has the latest of conveniences.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, another bedroom has a queen size
bed. The kids' room has 3 adult size bunkbeds, sleeps up to 8, and
the living room couch has a queen size bed. We have extra inflatable air mattresses, too. The
family room has a gas fireplace, and the party room has a pellet
stove, in addition to central cooling and heating. You can enjoy this house year
round! The Gourmet cook's kitchen is fully equipped. Kitchenaid nonstick cookware, dishware
and silverware for 12, and baking dishes and pans. Gevalia
coffemaker, coffee grinder, microwave, George Foreman grill, rice
cooker, 4 slice toaster, hand mixer, blender, 2 crock pots.

Dining rooms seats 8 and breakfast room seats 6. There are 2 color
tv's and dvd player for your viewing pleasure and premium cable
service. High speed internet service is provided, along with card
games, cards, books, and a collection of dvds. A 2 car garage where
you may park up to 2 vehicles. A large bonus room, party size in
addition to the other rooms, with laundry area, full size washer and
dryer. It's a child -friendly house, with a portable crib, child's
car seat and changing table. Assorted toys and books for children.
Jack, my 4 year-old grandchild, calls this house the "mountain house" because the house reminds him
of going camping in the mountains.

There are year round activities in this area. You can enjoy just
loafing around, enjoying the peacefulness of this retreat like
house, where you may not see anyone else if you desire, but there
are neighbors within walking distance. You're away from it all, but
in a very accessible way. As you drive up to our house, you will
see the local tobacco and dairy farms, the cows grazing along the
road and the beauty of this beautiful area. Visit the Grove
Arcade, Biltmore House, many museums and tourist attractions if you so desire. Maggie Valley, and
Waynesville is only 30 minutes away, with their myriad quaint shops and tourist
attractions. Enjoy our many local organic restaurants and farmer's
markets. Ski areas are 45 minutes away, as are camping and hiking
and waterparks all within a short driving distance. Ghost Town, the
famous amusement park has re-opened in Maggie Valley.
We are affiliated with Fusco's Concierge Service. They are a local
company that will pick you up and take you to all of the local
amenities, will service any and all of your needs, even pick you up
from the airport, take you to rent a car, etc. They will also do
tours of your choosing.

Winter rate; Jan., Feb., March; $900.00 per week for up to 10 people (includes children) Extra
person $25.00 more per night.
April, May, June, July, August & September; $1000.00 per wk for up to 10.
Extra person, $25.00 more per night.

up to 10 people. Extra person $25.00 more per night.
Midweek nightly rental $200.00/night. Weekend, Fri., Sat., Sun.,
Mon. $250.00 per night. Minimum 2 nights.

Refundable minimum security deposit of $300.00 for minimum stay and minimum of $500.00 for weekly
stay or 50% of your total stay total will be your deposit, paid in advance at time of reservation.
Add cleaning fee of $100.00. Please add NC. State and County sales tax of 11% to total.
50% cancellation fee will be applied when cancelling with less than
30 days in advance. Total cost of stay must be paid 2 weeks in advance of your stay. Security
deposit will be returned after cleaning and inspection. Damages or missing items will be deducted
from security total.
